Joelle was the Keynote Speaker at Youth Bike Summit 2019 and is in her first year at Brandeis University. She is a youth programs instructor at Bike New York and organizes all of its Learn-to-Ride on the Spectrum classes, the organization’s initiative to engage special needs youth and adults in cycling. In her free time, she enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy, and reading awesome feminist cycling narratives.
